Richard Dalby (1943–2003) was a British bibliographer, anthologist, and co-founder of Ghost Story Press with David Tibet. He rediscovered neglected writers of supernatural fiction, supplied introductions and forewords to many Ghost Story Press and Ash-Tree Press volumes, and edited landmark anthologies of Victorian and Edwardian weird fiction.
